Beer brewed only with wild yeast

Talmary's craft beers are brewed exclusively with natural water here in Chizu town, using only wild yeast.

The malt, hops and spices are organic and from abroad. Wheat, honey and other ingredients are produced locally as much as possible.

Hops grown without fertilisers or pesticides by our friends in Chizu town are also used in our Bergevin White.

Several types of beer are served by the glass in the café and bottled beer is also available in the shop.
